This listing is for one opened box DWG4630 CinchSeal 6.25″ bore Rotary Shaft Seal. The seal was purchased for an AMF dough mixer from Motion Industries in 2021. It is listed as used because it was unboxed and had clear fingerprints and dough smudges on the stainless components (we cleaned for pictures). The seal is new and was not installed. It does not come with the red silicone gasket (DWG4630-GP).
The endplate is split 304ss and has a pilot and inner O-ring. The housing is also split 304ss with six of 1/4″ x 1.75″ screws and Split PTFE rotor cups and split elastomer. A pressure gage for purging is included.
The bolt pattern is 3 holes 10.4 inches on center from each other and 2.55 inches from edge of bore to inside edge of bolt. The endplate flange seat is 9.88″ in diameter. See pictures.
Please note the original P.O. indicates “customer to verify 12″ bolt pattern.” Please contact us if you would like to verify the bolt pattern with drawing or be prepared to machine new bolt holes for your application. No returns once unit is machined.
